Since I still get to pick what costumes will be, and we're not obsessed with princess and super heros at our house yet, this year Lily was a chili pepper and Tessa was a Hershey's Kiss. On their backs, Lily's costume said "I'm Spicy" and Tessa's said "I'm Sweet" It was so much fun to make them, and if I do say so myself, I think they turned out pretty darn good!
One tradition we like to do is to get on the costumes and DELIVER treats for Halloween! This year Wow came with us, and we visited my office. Theses are some of my favorite girls there...
Then we met up with some cousins and visited Papa at his office!
But of course nothing beats actually trick-or-treating!
Tess was much more interested in the treats, and once she got them in her hand, she wasn't really bothered to go get more! However, Lily really got into it and loved going up to each door and getting her bucket filled!
Unfortunately when we got home the sugar-induced-beasts emerged and once they finally went to bed all candy was then tossed. We just weren't willing to live through that drama again!
